1. Company Information

This Refund Policy is issued by POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, located in Romania (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Company"), operating the website Reoogle (https://reoogle.com).

2. Refund Policy Overview

Refund eligibility depends on which plan you purchased. In summary:

By completing a purchase on Reoogle, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms that apply to your specific plan type, as described in this policy.

3. Monthly Subscriptions — No Refunds

Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 4. For monthly plans:

• All monthly subscription fees — including the initial charge and every renewal — are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.
• Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within any billing period.
• By completing a monthly subscription purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the Service and acknowledge the waiver of any right of withdrawal under Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

4. Annual Subscriptions & Lifetime Access — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Annual subscription and Lifetime access purchases are covered by a one-time, 30-day money-back guarantee:

• If you request a refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date, we will refund the full amount paid, no questions asked.
• To request a refund, email info@reoogle.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Requests made after the 30-day window has passed are not eligible — all fees paid become non-refundable once the window closes.
• The guarantee applies once per customer/account, to the original purchase only.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Issuing a refund results in immediate cancellation of your subscription or lifetime access and loss of access to the Service.

Annual plan renewals

The 30-day guarantee applies to your firstpayment on an annual plan only. Automatic renewal charges for subsequent years are final and non-refundable — cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to be charged again.

Lifetime access, outside the 30-day window

• Strictly non-refundable once the 30-day guarantee period has passed.
• Non-transferable between accounts.
• "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Reoogle product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be permanently terminated and may be reported to our payment processors. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks.

If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us directly at info@reoogle.com before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider.

6. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period or lifetime access fee, regardless of the circumstances.

7. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To stop future charges, cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your Reoogle account.
• Navigating to Account Settings.
• Selecting "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription".
• Confirming your cancellation.

Alternatively, contact us at info@reoogle.com and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
