2. Your Rights Under EU Law

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., an email) to info@reoogle.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Exception: By accessing and actively using the Service immediately after purchase, and by explicitly acknowledging this at checkout, you consent to the immediate provision of digital content. In accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this may waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content that has been fully delivered.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for:

• First-time subscribers to any paid plan.
• One-time lifetime access fee purchases.
• Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

To be eligible, you must submit your refund request within 14 days of your original purchase date by contacting us at info@reoogle.com.

4. Subscription Renewals

For recurring subscription plans:

• You will be notified before each renewal payment is processed.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
• Renewal charges may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you were unaware of the renewal or did not intend to continue, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

5. Lifetime Access

For lifetime access purchases:

• Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Non-refundable after the 14-day period has elapsed.
• Non-transferable between accounts.
• "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Reoogle product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund from POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ:

1. Contact us by sending an email to info@reoogle.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include the following information:
   • Your full name and email address associated with your account.
   • Date of purchase.
   • Payment method used (Stripe, Sellix, etc.).
   • Reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful).
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval, in accordance with Romanian and EU consumer protection regulations.

7. Conditions Where Refunds May Not Apply

Subject to your statutory rights under EU law, refunds may not be provided in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the 14-day refund period has expired.
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
• Where the consumer has expressly consented to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks.

8. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Navigating to Account Settings.
• Selecting "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription".
• Confirming your cancellation.

Alternatively, you may contact us at info@reoogle.com and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days.

Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may:

• Contact us directly at info@reoogle.com to escalate your concern.
• Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• File a complaint with the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at https://anpc.ro.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, including applicable European Union consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
